Your next vacation from Chicago to the Wisconsin Dells will include some serious upgrades—the popular Kalahari Resort is in the midst of an $85 million renovation slated for completion this fall.
The 75,000-square-foot new addition will include a host of new slides and other attractions.

TikTok creator Park Pros recently went behind the scenes at the Kalahari Resort to give viewers a sneak peek at the soon-to-open new facility.
According to the video, the new Kalahari Resort wing features a state-of-the-art retractable glass ceiling, allowing for both a closed and open-air space depending on weather conditions.
The additional park also boasts tons of new slides including a 7-story slide tower, an enclosed boomerang-style water slide, a 6-person water coaster, and others.
Additional new attractions include a 0-depth-entry pool, tanning ledges, and an adults-only swim-up hot tub bar.
The new waterpark addition reportedly opens this October.
