The same team behind Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up has returned to their 2-acre spot in the historic Goose Island for a 100% outdoor Christmas extravaganza of equal flamboyance. Jack Frost Winter Village, like everything else at the moment, has been reimagined for 2020 to ensure rigorous health and safety measures so that the festive fun can be enjoyed without any risk.
The 2-ace field is kitted out with the usual dazzling displays. Over a million lights and thousands of trees create a sprawling evergreen Christmas Tree Trail offering you the perfect place to grab a Christmas Tree if you’re still on the hunt. There are fantastic photo opportunities and seasonal scenes so you can grab those memorable Instagram moments. As the largest, and only, evergreen Christmas Tree Trail in downtown Chicago, it’s the perfect family trip out.
In keeping with Chicago’s Health & Safety standards masks are obligatory and visits are limited to 1.5 hours. Jack Frost Winter Village will be open every day, 7 days a week, from 4 pm – 10 pm Monday through Friday and 2 pm – 10 pm Saturdays and Sundays until January 10, 2021.
Reservations are necessary and all ages are welcome but children 4 and under go free! Passes start at $21 per person and include the Jack’s Winter Walk and a Christmas doughnut!
Jack Frost Winter Village can be found on Goose Island at 1267 W Le Moyne Street, Chicago near the intersection of North Avenue and Elston just off the North Avenue Exit on 90/94.
