The highly-anticipated Harry Potter™: Magic at Play experience, created by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Original X Productions (formerly Superfly X), will be unveiled in downtown Chicago on November 11, taking over 30,000 square feet at the Water Tower Place at 835 Michigan Avenue—and tickets are going fast!

“When we set out to create Harry Potter™: Magic At Play with our partners at Superfly X, we knew we wanted to bring Harry Potter’s world to fans in a hands-on and tactile way that gives all ages but especially our younger guests the ability to experience and play with the wizarding world like never before,” said Peter van Roden, Senior Vice President, Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment, in a news release. “From the moment guests arrive, they are immersed in Harry’s story and are an active participant in their own journey through innovative play, experiential sets, games and more,” explained van Roden.
This hands-on magical adventure celebrates “Harry’s journey to Hogwarts™.” It will undoubtedly captivate wizards of all ages with magical moments throughout the experience. As one would expect, guests will begin their voyage at Dursleys’ home at 4 Privet Drive before heading to Platform 9 ¾™ and making the journey to Hogwarts™.
During the experience, take a unique classes like Potions, Charms, and Divination or test your Quidditch skills while perfecting your perfect position. The famed Butterbeer will also be available, so don’t miss out on the favorite drink of the students from the Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry!
There will be plenty of magical surprises for all to enjoy and even an opportunity to shop exclusive Harry Potter™ merchandise. Harry Potter™: Magic At Play will take around 90 minutes to complete and costs $42.50 and $34 for children ages three to nine.
