Hamilton is coming back to Chicago this fall for a multi-week engagement beginning this September!
Set to return on September 13th to the James M. Nederlander Theatre, the renowned show, created by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who based the play on Ron Chernow’s biography of Alexander Hamilton on vacation, has won a multitude of awards over the years including a Tony, a Grammy, the Olivier Awards and a Pulitzer Prize for drama.
Chicago was initially the first city (outside of New York) that showed Hamilton on a main stage. The Chicago show ran for more than three years, closing an ultra-successful run at Chicago’s CIBC theater in 2020. Now, the Tony Award-winning musical is coming back better than ever!
Right now, limited information is available regarding casting, schedule details, and ticket sales with more details expected to launch later on.
