Deep dish fans, this one is for you. Giordano’s and viral Chicago-based food creator Adam Witt are teaming up for the ultimate limited-time deep dish collab—the “Great Chicago Fire Pizza.”
The specialty deep dish creation combines the “bold flavors and rich food culture of Chicago,” with spicy Italian sausage and pepperoni, giardiniera, an entire pound of mozzarella, and hot honey.
The pie marks a continuation of whacky limited-time pizza creations from Giordano’s.
Adam Witt remarked on the collaboration, saying “Giordano’s took stuffed pizza and made it famous, and that’s a big part of why the rest of the world considers Chicago a pizza city. The Great Chicago Fire came out of the same instinct.”
