One of Chicago’s largest celebrations of Mexican culture, the El Grito festival, is making a grand return this September.
After last year’s event was canceled, organizers announced via social media that the festival would be held once again in Grant Park later this summer.
Celebrate Mexican Independence Day with live music, authentic local Mexican food & drinks, mariachi, fireworks, cultura, and community in the heart of Grant Park.
After pausing in 2025, we return stronger than ever 🇲🇽
