Calling all Chicago film buffs—the Davis Theater in Lincoln Square is launching its first-ever membership program for movie lovers!
Built in 1918 as The Pershing Theater, the historic venue originally hosted vaudeville acts and silent films before transitioning to “talkies” in the 1930s, when it officially became The Davis Theater.
Over the years, The Davis has undergone multiple renovations, including a multi-million dollar restoration in 2016.
Now, Chicagoans can support the beloved theater while enjoying exclusive perks through its new membership program. Proceeds from memberships will contribute to the theater’s continued upkeep.
Members receive $2 off all tickets, 15% off concessions, early access to select screenings, and more.
A single membership is available for $50 per year, while a dual membership costs $90.
