If you’re shopping at Costco, be aware of a new shopping policy that took effect in September, which has been causing frustration among customers.
Back in June, the grocery warehouse chain began allowing Executive Members to enter the store from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, while customers with other membership levels had to wait until after 10:00 a.m. to start shopping.

Costco’s new store policy
Previously, this policy was not strictly enforced; however, Costco has now announced that the grace period is ending, and the policy will be officially implemented.
Some customers are unhappy with the change, expressing concerns that Costco is favoring its higher-paying members and alienating others.
