Chicago’s first-ever citywide transgender pride festival is taking place this weekend, bringing queer art to the forefront in a one-of-a-kind celebration.
Coinciding with the anniversary of the historic Stonewall riots, “Transilience: A Trans Pride Festival” will honor local LGBTQ+ creators and boost trans visibility while providing a fun, inclusive atmosphere for all.
Celebrate trans pride with music, dance, and live art

“Transilience” will uplift the voices of trans artists from across the city through a vibrant showcase of dance, drag and musical performances, live painting, and more.
Produced by local non-profit Gender F****d Productions, the festival will take place at three Chicago parks on the North, South, and West sides — fostering an accessible environment for all residents.

- Friday, July 11 | 5–7 p.m. — Hamilton Park (outdoors) | Englewood
