We love ourselves a good rooftop, especially if it’s the only floating one in town!
Enjoy the season in style while sipping on refreshing cocktails and taking in the gorgeous Riverwalk views at Chicago’s First Lady Floating Rooftop, the newest addition to the city’s bar scene!
Set on the upper deck of one of Chicago’s First Lady Cruises luxurious vessels, the floating bar offers a delicious selection of cocktails, wine and other local spirits. On the menu, you’ll find totally refreshing options including their “Chicago Mule” ($11) with grapefruit and rose-infused vodka and the “Heat Wave” ($12) a spicy mix of orange vodka, ginger beer and Jalapeno simple syrup.
While you won’t be able to set sail while at Chicago’s most nautical rooftop–the cruise ship remains docked between Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive on the Chicago Riverwalk–you’ll still be able to take in the gorgeous Riverwalk views from its prime water-bound location!
The floating rooftop is open Friday through Sunday from 3 pm until 11 pm and is free to enter with no reservation required, so you can just show up and cozy up on one of their tables for up to 90 minutes! All tables have been set 6-feet apart and masks are required for staff and patrons in order to keep to city health and safety guidelines.
