President’s Day is this coming Monday, and it just might coincide with an early “spring of deception” in Chi-town.
This holiday, you’ll want to step outside and smell the blooming flowers, because we’re going to experience some of the warmest temperatures we’ve had in over a month!
Here’s a breakdown of the President’s Day forecast in Chicago.
Mild temps, sunny skies

Temperatures Monday will reach a high of 56 degrees, the warmest daily high in Chicago since early January.
As if it couldn’t get any better, this won’t be one of those warm but rainy days in the Windy City—it’s gonna be nothing but sunny skies from dawn til dusk!
Highs will hover in the 50s mid week, with a high of 50 degrees Tuesday, followed by a high of 59 degrees Wednesday and chance of rain.

Once the rain moves through Wednesday, temperatures will cool back down to the 40s come Thursday.
In short, we’ll get an early taste of spring next week—but don’t get too comfortable Chicago, it’ll be short lived.
