Colder air is back in Chicago, and with it the return of one of our city’s favorite winter past times—hot tub boats!
The Chicago Boat Company is once again launching its fleet of rentable hot tub vessels beginning this November. Here’s what to know before you book yours!
The perfect cold-weather adventure
If you’re looking for a cozy way to explore downtown this winter, look no further than the Chicago Boat Company’s hot tub cruises.
The vessel consists of a floating hot tub pool able to support approximately five people at a time. The boats also come equipped with a phone holder, floating cup holders, and a bluetooth speaker.
Additionally, guests are welcomed to bring along a drink of choice (no glass bottles).

Bookings open now
Bookings are now open for select dates from November through March.
Each cruise lasts 90 minutes, with rates starting at $300. For a group of five, that’s $60 a head—not bad!
Cruise time slots are available each week Wednesday through Sunday.
