Middle Brow recently debuted a self-serve ice cream machine at its 2840 W Armitage Ave. outpost—and guests can’t get enough.
Not your average soft serve
According to an Instagram post from the eatery, the vanilla soft serve isn’t just your run-of-the-mill variety—it’s made with organic dairy sourced from Kilgus Farmstead in downstate Fairbury, Illinois.
TikTok users who’ve tried the machine say there’s no cap on cone height. Diners can pile on as much ice cream as they can reasonably fit!
While not officially confirmed, it’s likely the ice cream is a summer-only addition. So stop by soon to cool off with a frozen cone before the soft serve runs out!
