Big Star culinary director Chris Miller will work with One Off Hospitality Group co-founder Paul Kahan on the menu– serving whole fish meals, along with aguachile and ceviche, all inspired by recipes from Mexico’s coastal regions like Ensenada, Vera Cruz, and Yucatan.
