Lines of Connection: Drawing and Printmaking – March 15–June 1, 2025
Lines of Connection features an expansive collection of works from four centuries of European art, showcasing the relationship between drawing and printmaking.
The exhibition is the first display of its kind for the AIC, and a can’t-miss opportunity for those interested in exploring classical drawing techniques.
Myth and Marble: Ancient Roman Sculpture from the Torlonia Collection – March 15–June 29, 2025
Myth and Marble is the AIC’s first-ever presentation of works from the famed Torlonia Collection, one of the most highly regarded catalogs of ancient Greco-Roman art in the world.
The exhibit will feature 58 selections of rarely-seen Roman sculptures, many of which have been expertly cleaned, prepared, and curated specifically for the show.
En el principio / In the beginning: Juliana Góngora Rojas, Matías Quintero Sepúlveda, Juven Piranga Valencia and Yinela Piranga Valencia – March 29–July 28, 2025
Art lovers can familiarize themselves with the works of contemporary Colombian artists Juliana Góngora Rojas and Matías Quintero Sepúlveda, and Juven and Yinela Piranga with En el principio / In the beginning.
The exhibition features an immersive installation informed by the artist’s collective ideas on creation and care.
Frida Kahlo’s Month in Paris: A Friendship with Mary Reynolds – March 29–July 13, 2025
The AIC is thrilled to welcome its first-ever exhibition of Frida Kahlo’s work this spring.
The exhibition will specifically cover works from the famed Mexican artist’s time in Paris in 1939, when she briefly lived with her friend, avant-garde bookbinder Mary Reynolds.
Through a series of paintings, Frida Kahlo’s Month in Paris explores the artist’s perspective on cultural identity, Surrealism, and the looming threat of World War II.
Gustave Caillebotte: Painting His World – June 29–October 5, 2025
Painting His World take viewers on a journey through the most iconic works of famed French painter Gustave Caillebotte.
The exhibition seeks to contextualize Caillebotte’s works within the cultural landscape of his time, exploring themes of French masculinity, brotherhood, and working class life in the early industrial age.
