A new cocktail lounge combining the art of mixology with old-world pharmacological technique is shaking up the Chicago bar scene this month.
Apothecary cocktail lounge is preparing to launch in Lakeview, promising vintage vibes with an exceptional food and beverage menu.
Apothecary—Lakeview’s new go-to cocktail bar

Apothecary is the brainchild of powerhouse bartending pros Eric Reid and Zach Heller, described as a “a modern take on the age-old practice of making people feel good!”
The menu draws inspiration from traditional alchemy practices, making for drinks that are precisely balanced and exquisitely flavored.
Specialty cocktails include the Tuck Me In, something of a take on the classic martini with vodka, vermouth, chamomile, and lingonberry.
The Oi Lindo combines “Cachaça” or Brazilian rum with Spanish wine, soursop tea, passionfruit, and lime.

The specialty cocktail selection features 7 Apothecary-made beverages. Guests can also opt for the time-honored drink of their choice.
The food menu features gourmet New American bites including Chicken-Fried oyster Mushrooms, the Apothecary Burger, charcuterie, plus indulgent desserts like a passionfruit basque cheesecake.

Apothecary will officially open to the public on Friday, May 29 at 3242 N Clark Street.
