360 CHICAGO is celebrating the Windy City’s 188th birthday with a full week of free general admission!
From March 1–7, Chicago residents can take in the breathtaking views from the iconic 94th floor observation deck atop the former Hancock Tower (875 N. Michigan Ave) completely free of charge.
The deck offers sweeping vistas of the city’s skyline and lakefront, making it the perfect spot to mark Chicago’s special day.

Additionally, 360 CHICAGO has some fun activations lined up for the city’s birthday week.
On March 4, the observation deck invites guests to a special birthday party from 3 – 7pm. Attendees will enjoy complimentary samples of Garett Popcorn, a slice of birthday cake, and Chicago-themed airbrush tattoos while supplies last.
The observation deck will also debut a new specialty Malört cocktail at its CloudBar.
Dubbed the “The Chicago Spirit,” the cocktail features flavors of bright pineapple and lemon juices, grapefruit syrup, and the signature bitter tang of Malört.
Guests can also sample wine selections from Chicago Winery as well as CloudBar’s full cocktail menu.

“We are celebrating Chicago’s 188th birthday by inviting our fellow Chicagoans to experience 360 CHICAGO on us,” said Nichole Benolken, Managing Director of 360 CHICAGO.
“It’s our way of honoring the rich history, culture, and vibrant spirit of the city that we are proud to call home. From stunning skyline views to fun, interactive activations, we’re welcoming Chicagoans to come together and celebrate our unique city.”
