The West Loop landscape is set to undergo significant changes.
Weldon Development Group, based in Chicago, has secured $102 million in financing for the first tower of its two-tower mixed-use development located at 410 N. Elizabeth Street.

A new 33-story skyscraper is coming to Chicago’s West Loop
This development will feature 383 rental apartments, which include a mix of 38 studios, 87 one-bedroom units, 256 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units.
The project is situated at the far end of the West Loop, on an irregularly shaped lot bounded by W. Ogden Avenue to the west, N. Elizabeth Street to the east, and Metra rail tracks to the north and south.
Archeo Design Studio will lead the design, and the first phase of the development will include a 33-story mixed-use tower along N. Elizabeth Street.
